Recipe
Grapes - 1.5 kgs
Sugar - 1.5 kgs
Water - 2.5 ltr
Yeast - 15 gms
Wheat - 50 gms
Egg white - 1 no
Procedure
Step 1 : Pre-preparation
Wash and drain the grapes first. Remove all stems from the grapes. Boil water and cool it down. Wash wheat and dry it. Mix yeast in lukewarm water with a spoon of sugar and make to paste consistency. Sterilize the jar and wipe out the jar thoroughly
Step 2: Mixture preparation
Put the grapes in. Crush grapes with a wooden spoon. Add sugar, water, wheat, yeast and egg white. Mix well until sugar is dissolved completely. Cover it properly and keep the jar in a dark room.
Step 3: Fermentation
Using a dry spoon, mix the mixture once daily. It is very important to ensure that spoon is dry. Continue the same for 21 days. After 21 days, strain the mixture using a muslin cloth. Then transfer into bottles as per your needs.
